Users assume all risks when joining or forming groups. Ayuta Pay disclaims any liability related to member defaults, dishonesty, or interpersonal conflicts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Missouri law:
• Ayuta Pay LLC, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in fees, if any
